Does rest mode make downloads faster ps4

Man, kbps? I had that back in like with my DSL provider. Let me guess, they give you strict data caps too? No data cap whatsoever acrually. But not like I would be able to download enough to reach a cap now lol. And believe me I was furious, I spent about 2 hours on the phone with them demanding my original speed back and talking to supervisors to no avail.

That seems accurate enough from my experience. I can usually game online whilst the PS4 is downloading because it has enough bandwidth leftover. That's only when a game is running though. I only compare by checking the exact data usage I bridge the connection from my PC so it tells me exactly how much bandwidth it's using I find that the estimated time is never correct though. I can see it's downloading at a certain speed and do the maths to work out my own time which is often twice as fast as the estimated time and turns out to be a more accurate reading.

I don't know what's with their estimation but it's terrible.
